TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Introduction Welcome to the Unique International Immigration Services Client Portal (“Portal”). By
    accessing or using this Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Portal.
  2. Purpose of the Portal The Portal provides a secure platform for clients of Unique International Immigration Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to exchange information, upload documents, and track the progress of their immigration matters.
  3. Account Access and Security – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. – Do not share your login credentials with anyone. – Notify us immediately at info@uiis.ca if you suspect unauthorized access or security issues. – We are not liable for losses or damages arising from failure to maintain account confidentiality.
  4. Accuracy of Information – You agree to provide accurate and current information through the Portal. – You are responsible for verifying all documents and submissions. – We are not liable for errors or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you.
  5. Use of Portal Content – All information and materials in the Portal are the property of Unique
    International Immigration Services and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. – You may use the Portal solely for your personal immigration case. – Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of Portal materials is prohibited.
  6. Communication Through the Portal – The Portal provides a secure means of communication between clients and their assigned immigration representatives. – Messages and files shared through the Portal are confidential and intended only for authorized use. – Portal communication does not constitute formal legal advice unless expressly provided by your authorized RCIC consultant.
  7. Limitation of Liability – The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available.” – We make no guarantees of
    uninterrupted access, accuracy, or reliability. – We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Portal, except as required by law.
  8. Suspension or Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Portal access, without prior notice, for: – Violation of these Terms, – Security breaches, or – Misuse of Portal resources.
  9. Modifications to Terms We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of any changes.
